The problem with making this one is that you can probably put every single CBM ever made on it, given how stupid general film audiences can be. I'm sure there's people out there who think that the Ninja Turtles started out as a cartoon and that Hellboy was created by Guillermo del Toro. I've actually met people who were surprised when I told them that Guardians of the Galaxy was a thing from the Marvel comics.
Apparently it wasn't JUST aliens in the comic
Don't let the movie fool you, in the comic he's a freakin' serial killer
So if they ever made a more faithful adaptation, you just know everyone would be all 'Hollywood makes everything so dark these days blah blah blah'

I know the premise sounds like something a 6-year-old came up with, but I actually thought the movie was surprisingly good
