I think Quesada only drew the first couple issues. I found them in a discount box. Just thought everyone should know.

That FF one by Nauck is great. Better than some of the variant's I've seen.

What's strange is, I've read Marvel for the longest of times, I've never heard of Rocket Racoon until the last couple of year.

You can't have 3 books named 'Uncanny'. It's not good marketing. You need one book. You can call it 'The Uncanny X-Men.'

My guess it will take place in space. I'm very non-commital about that.

The thing about science-fiction movies and television is they still make everything grey or silver for some reason. Do they really think that speaks to futuristic technology even today where we got these stupid I-Phones that just emit all sorts of ghastly colors to peoples eyes, ruining them in a matter of five years despite the fact Apple hasn't told anyone that yet?

Come on, people. Be more creative.

I remember when companies like Disney, Lucasfilm, and others were pretty cautious about when and where they put stuff out. Treated their multi-million dollars properties with respect. Then you fast forward to today where there's a Star Wars parody on the terrible Family Guy complete with the original music. It just kills a man inside. I saw Jedi as a kid and it was the coolest thing I'd ever seen (or thereabouts). It had a magic to it. I don't see that ever happening again because it seems the whole movie industry is consolidating or being bought up.

I'm just saying.

HEy, where's Cap's face on that cover?

Theydid that on New Avengers 1 and I recently realized that it's not a great idea, visually speaking.

I'm reserving judgment until I see whose doing the variant covers. Very important. :)
