How is any Yonko going to beat Ichibei? He casually knocked Ywach back 300 miles in a single blow, and his black ink can manipulate reality, not to mention he reconstructed his body from scratch after being vaporized.
Someone could argue that haki could be like reiatsu, and Tousen's bankai should be able to suppress something like observational haki too.
Regardless if whether if it would or wouldn't effect Zoro, the problem is Tousen's bankai is a seems to be quite fragile looking, like a giant tarp/tent/balloon held down by string. Zoro should be able to easily just blow the bankai away with sufficient AOE attack. In fact anyone with sufficient AOE abilities should be able to destroy his bankai.
Which version of Noctis? The one we in the cutscenes, composite version who can control all the Kings of Lucis? Or just the video game version?
Video game version can beat Fate Stay Night/Fate Zero Gilgamesh easier than Shiro did, he can block Gilgamesh's ranged attacks with his own, phase, and kill Gilgamesh since he sucks at melee combat.
Composite Gilgamesh probably too fast to blitz like that.
Z fighters don't have good feats vs magic. Gilgamesh has the world's largest collection of epic magic and conceptual weapons. If you are dumb enough to let Gilgamesh unload on you much stronger beings than Goku would get rekt.
