Superman's kind, with very elaborate culture explored in various comics, even if it tends to get rebooted every once in a while.

The Kryptonian off-shoots. Apparently, their ancient exploration of Earth influenced a Mesoamerican culture. Mon-El, probably the most famous Daxamite, is also descended from a human/daxamite hybrid.

Homeworld of the Kherubim, the race of Mr. Majestic, Zealot, Warblade and others.

They created humanity in the Marvel Universe...unless it's been retconned or forgotten about.

Invincible's and Omni-Man's kind. Like Kryptonians, except they never lose their powers, and are very war-happy.
