Dreamworld Connection

The Dreamworld is, as the name suggests, is the metaphysical plane created by a combination of the human imagination and unconscious thought. All humans can, and likely will, enter this world at one point in their lives in the form of a dream. Children, however, possess the ability to tap into the Dreamworld while awake. Usually this affects the real world little beyond typical childish pretend-play. However, every once in a while a clever enough child figures out how to keep this ability after their younger years. And rarely, a child learns how to adapt this ability to aid him more... directly in the real world. Red is one such kid.

Within the Dreamworld, humans who enter unknowingly in a dream are immune to any harm as their part of the plane is one created by them, accidental or not. When in someone else's part of the of the Dreamworld through either lucid dreaming or the child power referenced earlier, humans still possess abilities far into the superhuman range, powers varying by creativity and will.
Being one of the 'chosen', as is said within the Dreamworld, Red has gained the ability to pull creatures from within his and other's dreams into the real world. He seems to have a limited number of these creatures at his disposal, and on average can only bring out six different ones a week. The variety of the creatures summoned are literally limited by the imagination. However, Red has a particular taste for things like dragons, elemental animals, and trickster spirits.
