Is training necessary? I tried getting trained by another major RPG'er on another account, but his attempts at giving me instructions were confusing. I think I'd learn better just by joining a team and seeing what everybody else is doing. I already have a good knowledge of how RPG'ing works, so I don't think my noob-ness should be too painfully obvious.
