I do know everything about that. The thing is that the people in the Vine says that the Tribunal is omniversal and then that is only multiversal. Then the thing "Marvel doesn't has its own Omniverse", then someone says "Yes, they have". I have to stop changing my mind every week. 
 
@PrinceCorthSether: Next question, does DC has its own Omniverse? Because Vertigo and Wildstorm were different Multiverses and then were united to the main multiverse in "Flashpoint".

How is The Source an aspect of The Presence? Great Evil Beast is NOT an aspect of The Presence, he is the original void before creation that only The Presence could stop

@MarvelRulesTheWorld: There's no such thing as an Omniverse. The Omniverse by definition is the total sum of all universes in fiction and real life. Marvel truly has a Multiverse, all characters that are omniversal threats are truly multiversal threats. Multi-Eternity is the embodiment of all Marvel Actuality. So, you have my question.

I always wondered one thing, if Multi-Eternity as the embodiment of all thing in the Marvel Actuality and is more powerful than everyone in the Multiverse, shouldn't he be more powerful than the Living Tribunal? As the judge of all realities, the Living Tribunal exists inside the Multiverse, so shouldn't Multi-Eternity be more powerful?

@TheFallenOne: Where it is stated that Phoenix is a high-end multiversal entity? Above universal at best (WPOTC), but never high-end multiversal. You said Cyttorak is universal, maybe you don't know about Zero Hour, but Parallax used the power of the Central Energy Power Battery to restart all realities, so high-end multiversal. And how do you explain that Cyborg Superman while trapped in the Source Wall saw all the multiverse? It seems that it manipulated Alex Luthor and Rip Hunter to create the 52 Multiverse and ease the reunion with his counterpart.

It seems that everyone is forgotting about The Source of DC Comics, a concept/character that empowers ALL in the DC Universe and has been portrayed as the omnipotent entity that created the Multiverse. 
 
So, my list: 
 
1. Heart of the Universe, or it can be the Source seeing his role and portrayal 
2. The Source, if you don't take the portrayal as canon
