    Versus Noman

Professor Power has recently been seen, seemingly alive and well, working with the Secret Empire to conduct an experiment in crowd mentality in students at a New York High school. His scheme was discovered by Rikki Barnes aka Bucky/Nomad but she was captured by Professor Power's minion Mad Dog and brainwashed into joining the plot. However one of the students incited a riot and Professor Power was prepared to stop the experiment, however his Secret Empire bosses determined it to be a success. Professor Power destroyed the lab and ran before Nomad could capture him.

Professor Power was captured by the Secret Empire just outside New York. Placed in a cell he is trying to find a way back into 'Number One's' good graces.
