    Pretty Boy has bionic extendible arms and sharp fingers. Besides he has fiber-optics filaments which could combine with his telepathic powers using them for transform a person in a Reaver.

    Creation

    Pretty Boy was created by Chris Claremont and Marc Silvestri in 1988 and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #229.
