The supercriminal called Pierrot Lunaire is a French criminal and foe of the Musketeer. When the Club of Heroes reunited, Lunaire's name was throw around as a possible member of the Club of Villains. When the actual Club of Villains was put together by Dr. Hurt, Lunaire was one of the members.
Lunaire and the Swagman were tasked with taking down Robin for the Joker, which Lunaire helps with astonishing acrobatics while fighting Robin atop his motorcycle. He's knocked off of the motorcycle before he can do any real harm, however. Upon returning to Dr. Hurt, he is chastised for bot being able to take out Robin. Later, when he is fighting alongside the Swagman in the streets, he is taken down by the Gaucho with a bolas.
