Are you kidding me? Is this going to be next years big "Fear Itself" because frankly I could use a year of sanity and slightly less cross comic events in Marvel. Though we all know the big event books sell so they will never stop unless we stop buying them which we won't because we are weak willed. Not that Schism wasn't fun and all and had some great moments and then some other moments where I could have thrown objects out the window. Now they are splitting the X-Men down the line with 4(?) books on each side and I assume this is the thing that is going to get cross chatter starting again?

Please let this just be Rachel having a nutter. Jean Grey does not need to come back and I say this about my favorite X-Men ever. Things are complicated already. I just want a few months of comics with some solid story-lines that don't involve the entire world ending.

Jean should not come back, if she does, we're talking about a whole new retcon.  Its no wonder why the old X-Men stay young while characters like Jubilee is catching up with the age of Scott and others. 

O_O well the PF never left, hope has a fragment so we knew jean would have to come to collect it BUT Jean, I don't believe will comeback crazy now that she has balanced herself out in Phoenix endsong

I want this to be the final phoenix event that will finally end it, have the PF locked in the White Hot Room after collecting all it's fragments then we won't have to deal with it again for I hope a minimum of ten years.

Plus I want Jean to come back and for hope to just disappear lol I only want jean back if by the end of the event she will be without the phoenix force otherwise let her stay dead.

It's going to involve Hope. Remember that whole thing with Bishop trying to kill baby Hope because she destroyed his future? She's obviously going to trigger something that brings on this event.

I would love to see her return permanently without a world ending cosmic event. I know it would never happen, but I would also like to see her return without the Phoenix Force. I really do hate that thing.

What was the point of the Phoenix Force returning when in Phoenix: Endsong, The Phoenix already said that Jean Grey wasn't just a host, That she was a direct manifestation/creation of the Phoenix, Basically the Phoenix in human form. That Jean Grey was just a fragment (egg) of the Phoenix that evolved into a human.

Won'«t necessarily have to involve retcons. Just the Pheonix rising from its ashes.

@BlackArmor: Oh god. I love the concept of Viners uniting shovels to make sure Jean stays in the ground. That is a grassroots campaign I can get behind. (I love you Jean but it has just been too many times.)
