    Created by Lew Stringer, Pete Throb appeared first in Oink! comic (first proper strip in issue 15, following a gag appearance in #6), then later Buster (after Oink! folded).

    Lives in the same neighbourhood as Tom Thug, and his older sister Zitty Zeta appears as a supporting character in both strips. Pete and Tom have also met on occasion.

    Has also crossed over with Lew Stringer's Pigswilla at least twice.
