Pahkmani

The warlord and revolutionary reactionary Pahkmani made his comeuppance into religious theocracy under Destroyer Duck in the turn points of 1983 when the Ayatollah Komeini was a relevance in seizing the Middle East into a religious sect and denouncing Western society culture. Pahkmani is a satirical representation of the events that occurred by Komeini which had Pahkmani refute the austerity of his father and the Westernized immorality of the Shah to the fictional city of Hoqoom.

In the semantics of oil rights overtaking and a revolutionary uprising disputes with Godcorp and the upheavals of Hokom in revolution, Destroyer Duck, Cherries Jubilee, Brad White and drunk pilot Pablo Parongus to rescue Cherries sister Vanilla Cupcake TM who had set to arrive to Hoqoom on a diplomacy measure only to have herself kidnapped by Pahkmani's ghost-dressed mercenaries. Reveling in his personal spite of Western society, Pahkmani explained how he slain then cannibalized both his father and the shah under the similar facets of the popular 1980-era video game Pac-Man in satirical spite to the USA's fixation of shallow pop culture & video games. He would had perpetuated the same effects onto Vanilla Cupcake TM if not for interventions by Cherries & Duke Duck to the rescue well before a timed effort by Godcorp itself sought to wipe out Hoqoom on the delusions of its CEO despite retaining the nations oil rights. Godcorp would have a nuclear bomb detonated onto Hoqoom which would destroy much of the prior city to ruin and likely killed Pahkmani with his orderlies within the blast well after Destroyer Duck, Cherries, and company escaped the city by plane.
