This is the 4th issue of the Pacific Presents series and this issue is an anthology comic, featuring several different stories by several creators.

The first story is ""Take Two Slugs and Die" which features an evil gunslinger who terrorizes Tombstone, Arizona during the late 1800's and invariably crosses paths with a reluctant hero who unknowingly receives help from his son and an alien sent to Earth as punishment for his crimes on his homeworld.

The second story is "The Shell Game" and features a hotel detective who encounters a case of murder and mistaken identity.

The third story is "The Wildly Plausible Plight of Eerie Smith and Walter Weary" in "Split Decision" and is the continuation from Issue #3 of Pacific Presents where a portal is accidentally opened into another dimension by a Physics student and the campus janitor, resulting in the arrival of an alien humanoid whose intentions appear to be questionable.
