This issue features two stories, one involving The Rocketeer and the other the Missing Man.
The Rocketter story is Chapter 4, and involves Secord's escape from some Nazi spies only to encounter two thugs who claim to represent the inventor of the rocket pack. They threaten Cliff Secord if he doesn't reveal the whereabouts of the rocket pack and immediately drops the dime on his girlfriend Betty by giving them her address, which is actually the location of her current photo shoot, in an effort to fool these thugs. However he puts her safety in jeopardy by doing so. A chase soon ensues after Secord.
The story involving The Missing Man is a bit incomprehensible but involves his encounter with a criminal family called the "Paynes".
