    I know that, before he died, Steve Gerber gave cautious approval for the use of this character by Jonathan Lethem.   And I'm so glad he did.  This series has been fantastic.  Fantastically odd, that is, but brilliantly written.  We don't just have the enigmatic Omega, but there's quasi autistic Alex, obnoxious superhero, the Mink and a back up cast of little characters who are nevertheless so well included in the story that the book is an incredibly rewarding read.  Then there's the Overthinker,...
