    Nicole Nakamura is an agent of F.L.A.G. and the partner of Augie Ford. While it is unknown how, Nicole Nakamura must have used her ties as a F.E.A.R. agent to get the serum that was utilized by the original Whiptail, Bernard Dempsey.

    Under the influence of the serum, Nicole Nakamura caused trouble in Tower City, evading capture by Dynamo 5. It became the goal of Dynamo 5 to capture Whiptail, and they confronted her another night. It was this second encounter that it was revealed that Whiptail, this time, was actually Nicole Nakamura.
