A native of Augusta, Georgia, Edmondson is the co-creator of Olympus along with Christian Ward, The Light with Brett Weldele, and Who is Jake Ellis? with Tonci Zonjic. He currently writes the ongoing series The Activity, Where is Jake Ellis?, and recently finished his five issue miniseries Dancer. He also wrote the first eight issues of Grifter in DC's companywide relaunch, The New 52.
Edmondson travels all over the United States to speak to universities, high schools, comic shops, and aspiring writers about how to make it in the comic industry, and a number of different topics featured in his writing.
He currently resides in Macon, Georgia.
