A Torturer/Killer for hire, Napper commonly works with The Irish Mob. Although he is in his autumn years, he is still as rotten as he always was. Although he often takes care of his grandson, and he has struck up a bond with the child.
When he was hired by the Irish Mob, He tortured, killed, and mutilated Brenda Toner's Husband, (who received her late husbands bits and pieces in a FedEx box) His grandson caught sight of His grandfathers actions, and ran out of the apartment, crying. French had a break down, and later ambushed one of his clients. He tied him down and prepared the room for bloodshed. However, one of his prisoners friends go there just in time and blew Napper French away.
