For Tenma and Grimmer, a mysterious blonde beauty is the prime suspect for the murder of the former director of 511 Kinderheim. They set out to find her but come up empty-handed. Meanwhile, Inspector Lunge is finally convinced of Johan's existence and involvement in the serial murders. He goes to Prague to find out more about Johan's identity and discovers that the storybook, The Nameless Monster, had a profound effect on Johan as a child, and that it was created by an agent of the Czechoslovakian secret police. This clue leads Lunge to the Red Rose Mansion where the author wrote his books. There, Lunge discovers an old door that has been plastered over. What horrors lie in wait behind this sealed door?
