I RISE: THE INTRO

One day God disappeared. To the angels in the sky, to the men of the earth, not one soul knew or understood why. Why did he leave? Where did he go? And finally how long would his absence last? After all hope of his return was lost along with his memory, the archangels in heaven cast out and demolished any other angel who stood in their way. They fought and slaughtered and soon the archangels remained the only living beings to reign in heaven. But they made one single mistake.... Their arrogance and cruelty led them to cast out a small handful of angels to earth and more importantly one single angel to hell. This angel's name is Gavreel and he is not like the others. He too is an archangel. The only archangel who felt that the second war in heaven was not only uneeded, but was ultimately wrong and godless. Now risen from hell, Gavreel travels the world in hopes of extracting his vengeance while looking for the necessary tools to challenge his brothers and sisters once more and finally take back whats left of heaven and restore it to it's divine self.
