The Ultimate Blue agents track down some dangerous chemical weapons stolen by the Russian mafia and hidden in a small town. Just as the agents begin to win the trust of the locals who know where the deadly compounds can be found, the mob kidnaps the villagers' relatives in other cities, forcing them to give up the location.
