The climatic conclusion to Arsenal and the Third World Slayers. Moon Knight has followed Arsenal back to New York, Manhattan to be precise, and discovers his "Manhatten Plan". Can Moon Knight stop the terrorist before he unleashes Armageddon upon New York?
Moon Knight sneaks into one of Arsenal's ship where the chemical gases are and release it into the air. Then Moon Knight is captured by Arsenal personal guard and tied up. When he manages to escape using one of his moon blades, Marlene was coming to help him and they both fight against Arsenal and his bodyguards.
At the end Moon Knight succeeds on stopping Arsenal's plan of exploding New York, but the bad guy kills himself with his bombs.
