There is abit of differences with the art for the runaways characters. Lots of the arts are close or official artwork giving a close guess to their age. I know she is the youngest but hard to tell her age. I want to know if I should describe her as cute or beautiful...?

I'd say 10-12.  She's still young enough that she though Princess Powerful was a cool codename.

Yeah that's abit of a problem I have since they don't really have an official timeline. For all the different comics in universe-616, even though they have large events that you can arrange things by but no timeline of every event. Where are all the hardcore geeks out there who could make one...

^ I know a number of volumes/"real" years later she was still 12, so more recently, 13?

probably in her mid teens by now.
