Mojo Jojo

Origin

Before Professor Utonium created the Powerpuff Girls, Mojo Jojo (formerly known as Jojo) was Professor Utonium's lab assistant, who went about breaking and destroying anything his monkey paws could find. Jojo was the one who caused the Professor to accidentally add Chemical X to the sugar, spice and everything nice mixture. He is the archenemy of the Powerpuff Girls and swears to eliminate them.

Mojo Jojo was created by Craig McCracken.

Character Evolution

Mojo hates the Powerpuff Girls, partly because they have taken his place in the Professor's affections, and partly because of the ease with which they fit into society, despite having powers. This is shown in The Powerpuff Girls Movie , when Mojo tries to turn the girls against the people who shun and fear them. Instead of giving in, the girls respond by defeating him, and winning the hearts of everyone in the city of Townsville.

Mojo is a mad scientist monkey who is very intelligent. He speaks in a convoluted, repetitive manner. Despite his high intelligence, he is known for planning his schemes badly and constantly failing to produce a good plan to eliminate the Powerpuff Girls.

His catchphrase is "Curses!" He has green skin, pink whites in his eyes, a huge, exposed brain under his hat caused by the explosion that created the girls, and wears white gloves and boots, a blue suit with a white belt, and a long, wavy, purple cape.

Powers and Abilities

Mojo Jojo's primary superpower is his supreme intellect, which he gained as a result of the Chemical X explosion that created the Powerpuff Girls. He is great with gadgets, and often builds machines and contraptions designed to hurt or capture the girls. He is also very cunning, and charismatic, and finds it easy to manipulate and mislead others .Being a master at manipulation and trickery, he often fools the girls into thinking he's changed his villainous ways, despite their many encounters.
