Origin
Very little is known about Millions. An eccentric millionaire left Millions the entirety of his estate upon his death, leaving Millions as the most wealthy dog in the world. Millions' money was used by his friends in the Newsboy Army to fund their headquarters and printing press. As their mascot, Millions accompanied the Army on many fantastical adventures. The Army fell apart following their encounter with the Terrible Time Tailor Zor, and Millions was believed dead soon after at age 14.
Creation
Millions was created by Grant Morrison and Cameron Stewart. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Guardian #4.
Major Story Arcs
Seven Soldiers of Victory
Following the deaths of Don Vincenzo and Tony Silencio, and the subsequent conclusion of their gang war, Millions is found to be the sole beneficiary of Vincenzo's estate. This makes him by default the most powerful gang lord in America.
Powers and Abilities
Millions is a dog. He is apparently immortal; it is unclear how or why this is the case. Given that the Time Tailor stitched a suit for him to be dead at 14, he may be undead. Millions is also incredibly wealthy; he is a gang lord, and also allegedly in control of the US banking system. It is unclear how much control he actually has over these organizations or how he might exercise this control. It is not clear if he possesses human-level intelligence, or is capable of speech.
