    Story:  Midnighter's battles with Anthem comes to an end, as he must decide between a past he doesn't remember and the complete annihilation of a town he doesn't even like...Review:  This issue was ok.  The writing and art is different from issue 9, yet handled well. The scene where The Anthem negotiate with The Authority was entertaining - Jenny leaves Midnighter the decision as to which Anthem member gets to die. There are two Strike Force members that resemble The Flash and Captain America na...
