    According to legend, the Templar was formed by Kuhl-En to bring order to a world of chaos. It was believed that he was chosen by the great Wotan himself to lead all mice into a time of peace. However, this peace would not last. The Templar became divided over their loyalty towards soon-to-be-King Icarus, culminating in a horrendous battle on the Field of Avalon under the great tree Kros Cur Onnor Da. The Templar was destroyed, Icarus ascended to the throne and the history of the Templar was hidden behind myth.

    There are still mice who follow the ways of the Templar, protecting what little peace is left and keeping their ways a secret.
