Storm's Trion feat is something that must be taken into consideration for a fact that Eternity is on Tier 3 and Storm is just a human with mutant powers but was able to survive on performing the feat, that is transferring Entity's self to Storm's body in order to be cured. And it was stated that only a few could survive for that kind of operation. I also want to emphasize that it was only Storm who's strong enough to withstand such operation and the whole FF members were there as well as Silver Surfer.

Under him you would have multi-verse spanning powers, like the Tribunal, Multi-Eternity, Master Order, Lord Chaos, Phoenix force ( all Phoenixes are aspects of this one being, Dark Phoenix is this being with mortal passion and no restraints, in What If ? 27 she destroy's the universe, and can destroy the multi-verse if she so chose ).

Under these you need to rank the beings who would rank supreme in their own one universe, Death ( there is a separate Death in every universe and can itself die ) Eternity ( same as death, also should be self evident with Multi-Eternity being out there ;D ), yadda, yadda, you get the picture.

With the up coming Netflix series coming out starting Luke Cage, I was wondering where is Luke Cage rating on this list? Battlestar (who has the same powers as Cap)? Just wondering.....

Shouldn't the Beyonders (as a collective group, at least) be somewhere on par with the Living Tribunal, seeing as they were able to kill it? Granted it did take a group of them across several universes to destroy it, but New Avengers has written them as being near-omnipotent thus far. If I remember correctly, they also defeated Infinity & Eternity with relative ease.

Via DaMatteis' WoG statements ... I would like to place The Creator and Job Burke on the top in the "Supreme" section. Why ? WoG has the Creator meant to be God / The One Above All. The Men of Lineage are shown in said comics to be outright superior to The Creator. We even are shown that they view the Creator as a dream.

De Matteis tends to write a lot of weird things for both DC and Marvel that tend to... highball both Cosmologies.

The difference is that Matteis has written more about the Presence than other writers. So I can give that a pass.
