So whats the best team for that game including the new characters and why?

I need a good team so any suggestions of who should be part of the team?

I would put

Thor= Strength and his hammer is really good on the game

Magneto= Alot of really strong powers and good buffs

Spiderman= Good speed and agility

Invisible Women= Great buffs and good ranged attacks

I never played the new one, but from the original I'd have to say Spider-Man (Ironman suit) Wolverine (Ultimate) Ghost Rider (Biker) Deadpool

That would be a very good team I always liked using Deadpool

Spider-Man is good when you learn how to use him properly. When you give him power ups, he's arguably the best. He's fast strong and has some of the best abilities available. I was informed that he and Venom are similar, just Venom is alot stronger. Wolverine is good but the made him stronger than he should be but he's fast and does damage too. Thor is actually terribly weak and not all that great. Ghost Rider is ok, I use him for his projectiles and other abilities. Deadpool is fast so that's why I use him.

Thor should be a lot stronger but if you use him in Asgardian Armor he gets a little stronger. But spiderman is a must he is arguably the best hero on there. Wolverine is good but some suits make him stronger than he should be. With Deadpool all you have to do is upgrade him and he is super good.

They made Dare Devil as strong as The Thing. Now that's some bullshit.

Dare is way too strong it makes me mad he can be a one man team on there now like you said thats bull. Captain America feels right on there to me.

i like spiderman for his powers i also use iw incase alot of guys start shooting then i put up the sheild and i use captain america sheild alot and i chose whoever doesn't matter to me who is the fourth person

i tried cap on my team but he kinda just feels like he is doing nothing unless I control him you know.

i think thor is possibly the best character. he can lift anything, his chain lightning takes out multiple enemies and the tornado is just wicked... you can almost pop up every enemy on screen, and then if you want a single power move he has that too. i also like cap cause his sheild just keeps going... you can clear a room with his sheild almost before you enter, and he has that charge run that not only smashes everyone but gets you from A-B faster. but i always take deadpool along even if its just to listen to him

Thor is my fav hero of all time but in the game i feel they did not make him as strong as he really is. I love his hammer throw if you upgrade that it is one of the strongest powers in the game.

true he has his hammer throw too, he's just great.... you can fly above everyone and just use ranged attacks.

Thats one thing I love to do and his lighting attack is a great crowd controller.

no not really cause when i use him he does stuff

I never felt that Captain America was doing anything for me other than taking up a slot. I can't use Thor. It's a problem after a while cause he feels like he moves too slow

Deadpool, Strange, Daredevil, and Thing

I just tried out Thor, Venom, Strange, and Invisible Woman. It worked out pretty good.

The team I used was Wolverine, Captain America, Ghost Rider, and Spider-Woman, they were my just for fun team (I found the game fairly easy on normal) but for my best team I would replace Spider-Woman and Ghost Rider with Iron Man and The Thing. On a side note, I didn't get the update, is Hawkeye any good.

The Thing, Wolverine, Captain America and Human Torch.

Spiderman, Iron Man, Human Torch, and Iceman

But always have Iceman or Human Torch because they have some cool powers that can take out all of those guys.

Thanks, I don't have a 360/PS3 but Hawkeye's always been one of my favorite Avengers so I was curious.

I always rotate my team each time I play, but my usual team consists of: Thor, Silver Surfer, Ms Marvel, and Iron Man. Subs include Dr Strange, Spider-Woman, Captain America, and Ghost Rider.

Cap - strong fighter and best indoor ranged attack in the game.
Ghost Rider - crowd control, also effective against both ice and demon enemies.
Deadpool - focused fighter, I stick to his melee powers rather than his guns.
Iron Man - Strong outdoor ranged attacks, provides super strength and flight as well.

My team would be Hulk, Iron Man, Deadpool, and Elektra.

My team would normally be:
    Wolverine = Melee'ing options are just vicious capable of cutting every foe. Plus I'm pretty bias on him, period... :P
    Thor = Main tanker with devastating ranged and AoE attacks. Flies
    Iron Man = Range damage and AoE specialist. Part-time tanker. Flies.
    Silver Surfer = All round buffs supreme and AoE back-up. Flies.


Substitutes:

Captain America = (Wolverine replacement) These two really is a tie for me. Although I love the melee optinos you get with Wolvie, Capt's team buffs does give the whole group an edge.
Colossus = (Thor replacement) Found Colossus' durability rivaled Thor's. Although it'll be hard to wrestle Thor's place from him since he 's able to offer so much more in terms of offence
Dr. Strange = (Silver Surfer replacement) Health and crit buffs. Long-range spell similar to Iron Man's Repulsor Rays. Flies
Human Torch = (Iron Man replacement) Long range and AoE. Has distortion affects. Flies

Cap: Shield attack goes on forever, and his buff makes him faster and stronger for like a whole minute at least...
Colossus: Great tank, also has a team defense buff... but i like his tackle/pummel special attack =)
Wolverine: As said before, his rage mode and attacks equal up to a lot of damage fast... and his buff for speed/damage is sweeet.

 I rotate the last spot a lot. Invisible womans kinetic(sp?) snare traps and damages like crazy, I like Torch's area attack buff (wildfire maybe? The one where his flames stay on and damage anyhting close for around a minute...).

I mainly used Spider-Man, Deadpool, and Moon Knight. The 4th person would be either Ghost Rider, Daredevil, or Wolverine. Sometimes Dr. Strange.

You know I was thinking of making a team of 10 so I can get the created team bonus plus the regular team bonus. So far I was thinking of

2 spider-man

3 captain America

4 Thor

5 iron man

6 ?

7 mr fantastic

8 invisible woman

9 human torch

10 the thing

But for me to get avengers bonus I need ether ms marvel or spider-woman and I don't know wich one to put ?

I was thinking of this combo because 7 of them are always in the mission briefings. With Ms Marvel and Spider-Woman I would get the avengers, flashback, new avengers, femme fatale and alternate identities bonuses.

I usually main with a team of Ghost Rider, Spider-Man, Mr. Fantastic, and Black Panther. Not because they are overly powerful, but because I think they would make a good team in the comics and make sense in the story. Thor struggling to fight Winter Soldier does not make sense.

But Deadpool is the best character. He is easily a one-man team if you just upgrade Blade Cyclone.
