    Now that the battle of Troy is over, Odysseus and his men want only to return to their homes and families. With the aid of goddess Athena, Odysseus reaches the island of Scheria, but soon sets sail again as homesickness overtakes him. With his sights set only on his home, the brave Achaean has neglected one thing--the dread vengeance of the sea god Poseidon!
