Reconciling himself to Agamemnon in the wake of Patroclus’ death, Achilles goes on a rampage, slaughtering Trojan soldiers. Achilles nearly takes the city himself until he is challenged by Prince Agenar, actually Apollo in disguise. Looking down on the battlefield Zeus himself rescinds his injunction against divine interference and the gods join the struggle once more, shaking the heavens with the sudden unleashing of their awesome power!
