Jonah Jamison and Spider-Man with "ghost-of-Crhistmas" appearances by Captain America and the Thing. Rising star Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (MK Four, Nightcrawler) writes two mini-holiday tales, one featuring a Hanukkah story with Ben Grimm (The Ever-Lovin' Blue-Eyed Thing)! 48 PGS./ALL AGES. FURTHER COMMENTS FROM LONE STAR'S AARON SETTLE: Marvel's Holiday Special is one of the most fun books I've read in a while. The first story features the Fantastic Four investigating why the Moloids have been kidnapping Santas from around the city. Mike Perkins provides very cool art for Mike Carey's "Christmas Day in Manhattan" which once again stars the Fantastic Four. But the highlight of the book has to be Jeff Parker's "Yes, Virginia, There is a Santatron". This fun story sees the New Avengers squaring off against a Santa robot and ends with a great speech about the season from Captain America.

     This comic is broken into three stories: Jonah's Holiday Carol  In this story writer Tom Defalco takes Charles Dicken's classic A Christmas Carol and blends the Marvel universe in it.  The key play is J. Jonah Jameson who falls asleep in front of a TV and the sound of the Christmas classic as a movie effects Jonah's dreams.  He is haunted by the three ghosts to change his ways.  This story has so much potential because it has the literary flavor to it, but the ending is very anti-climatic to ma...
