After his return home, he used his new-found skills and his wealth to became the costumed vigilante known as Green Arrow.

There have been many versions of Hawkman. Usually related in some way to the planet Thanagar, Hawkman traditionally wields weapons of archaic origin and wears large wings that grant him flight. Hawkman was part of the JLA when the team battled the Privateer.
Shaw's uncle Desmond introduced him to an ancient sect of crime fighters called the Manhunters, composed of androids, created billions of years earlier by the Guardians of Oa to police the galaxy. The androids rebelled against the Guardians, but were swiftly defeated by their creators. Those that survived went into hiding. Shaw originally assumed Manhunter technology and the Manhunter name to fight crime, but later took a darker path. The modern-day Manhunter sect attempted to disgrace the Guardians with Mark Shaw at their side, but they were opposed by the JLA, especially by League member Green Lantern. Shaw realized that he had been duped by the Manhunters and turned on them, killing the sect's Grand Master, who was revealed to be a robot. Mark Shaw quickly returned as a new hero called the Privateer, but it was soon revealed that he was also working as a villain called the Star-Tsar. The Red Tornado discovered this deception, and Shaw went to prison.
Katherine Spencer is a lawyer and former district attorney. She took on the identity of Manhunter to correct the wrongs the judicial system could or would not. In doing so Spencer has frequently worked with Barbara Gordon's Birds of Prey.
The last surviving clone of Paul Kirk, the original Manhunter. He was a member of the heroes for hire outfit the Power Company. Kirk DePaul was murdered by fellow Manhunter Mark Shaw, who was under the Dumas persona when he killed him. He was later resurrected as the hero Swashbuckler.
During the course of the Janus Directive, Kobra is defeated in combat by the Privateer who places him in custody with the Suicide Squad. And upon returning to Earth has him placed in Belle Reve prison under solitary confinement.
Lois Lane is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist for the Daily Planet of Metropolis. She was the first reporter to interview Superman after he first appeared in Metropolis. Superman later revealed his secret identity to her; the two married and have a son, Jon Kent.
Mirage uses a gem that causes people to see elaborate illusions. He commits crimes while his victims are occupied fighting against these illusions. His crime wave brings him to the attention of Batman.

When Vic Sage, a television investigative journalist, encountered stories he couldn't investigate by normal, legal means, he donned a special mask (kept in his belt buckle) that made it appear that he had no face. As the Question, Sage investigated corruption in the face of all danger, leaving a blank "calling card," which, when touched, emitted a smoky question mark.
Ray Palmer was the second to take up the name, Atom, and debuted during the Silver Age. Two others have taken the name after him but he has become a prominent character in the Final Crisis storyline. As the Atom, Ray was a member of the JLA when the team fought the Privateer.
An android created by the supervillian T.O. Morrow to infiltrate Justice Society of America. Now is a noble superhero. Member of the Justice League. Red Tornado was part of the JLA when the team fought the Privateer.
Sent to Earth as an infant from the dying planet Krypton, Kal-El was adopted by the loving Kent family and raised in America's heartland as Clark Kent. Using his immense solar-fueled powers, he became Superman to defend mankind against all manner of threats while championing truth, justice, and the American way!
Talia the daughter of Ra's al Ghul and the heir to his worldwide criminal empire. Talia has been both lover and mortal enemy to Batman, and is the mother of Damian Wayne otherwise known as Robin.
