    Brief History

     Manoo knocks out the alien fugitive.
     Manoo knocks out the alien fugitive.
    Manoo was an alien law officer who came to Earth looking for an escaped criminal of his own race. The criminal had unfortunately already encountered a local Earthman and convinced him that he, the criminal, was the lawman and that Manoo was the criminal. The criminal tried to get the Earthling to kill Manoo but when the Earthling had no heart for the murder he and Manoo swapped stories. For helping Manoo catch his fugitive, the Earthling was rewarded with a gemstone.

    Creation

    Manoo was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961 and first appeared in Amazing Adventures # 2.
