    Malcolm LeStrange is the typical poitical in charge of a shady goverment office: unethical deals with criminal, authorizing illegal experiments in humans and stolen public funds from the national budget for his own interests. As he saw how his own career was at risk, he authorized the project of the American Powerhouse to create a superhero to be sell to the public and make it a product of mass comsumption.
