    The battle erupts from Capitol Plaza on New Earth and rolls through the estate of Leland McCauley IV, as the Legionnaires try to subdue their fearsome foes.

    The Legion are able to defeat the Fatal Five and are held in custody by the proper authorities. However, the new Emerald Empress has other plans and, after defeating Leland McCauley and taking his Emerald Eye, breaks out Persuader, Tharok, Mano and Mordecai from jail.
