The League of Nasty Bastards was a team enemies of the Authority from an alternate earth. When the Authority of the main Wildstorm universe were lost from their home, they found themselves on a different earth, superficially similar to their earth but with differences as, as Hawksmoor said, their cities were more whiner. This other Authority had a golden Enginnier, a jewish Doctor, a still alive Jenny Sparks and a pair of repressed, in the closet Apollo and Midnighter.
The League was ready to fight against one Authority, but when they found two, everything when downhill for the League. They were defeated in minutes, mostly because both Authorities had not patiente that day for them.
The league of nasty Bastards was a parody of the Justice League international, created by the same writers of the noted JLI period, Keith Giffen and J.M. Dematteis.
