    Career 

    Nicolas Chapuis became involved in comics in 2007. Working on a freelance basis, he has coloured for Arcana, Disney/Hyperion, Dynamite Entertainment, Image Comics and Tokyopop. Notable titles he has worked on are Disney Hyperion's comic book adaptation of the first book in Jonathan Stroud's Bartimaeus Trilogy, The Amulet of Samarkand; Dynamite's adaptations of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series, and Image's Marineman series.

    Chapuis lives in Germany, in the city of Freiburg im Breisgau.
