Whoever is wrapped by the lasso of must tell the truth. They are unable defend themselves so that means they cannot restrict themselves. What would happen if that person were to speak their power would activate like Black Bolt or if the person that under control of the lasso of truth would activate a trigger word like Bettlejuice.
