26 at the oldest

I think at the beginning of the new 52 (new guardians), he's 23. As volume three of the series shows, he has been a Green Lantern for two years, so he would have been 21 when Ganthet gave the ring to kyle. Before the new 52, he would have been in his early 30s or at least late twenties, I think, as Hal was in his late 30s, early 40s and was 10 years older than Kyle, as the 90s usually described it.

@m12: Yes, Kyle is considered at least a decade younger than Hal Jordan. And Wally already stated briefly that Kyle is younger than he is.
