Proper Japanese Title: キン肉マン
This is the second and current edition of Kinnikuman, which was revived in the early 2010's, for the original volumes released in the 80's see: Kinnikuman. Originally serialized in Shupure News (2011-), in 2020 the series began simultaneous publication in the Weekly Playboy magazine itself where it remains ongoing. Weekly Playboy had serialized long-running Kinnikuman sequels (the Kinnikuman Nisei franchise particularly) from the late 90's until 2011 when it temporarily stopped running major manga in the magazine and moved them to its digital platform exclusively. Within a few months of this change, the then-ongoing Kinnikuman Nisei: Kyūkyoku no Chōjin Tag Hen serialization was ended and the Kinnikuman revival began, picking up from where the original series left off.
The new volumes were designed to imitate the Jump Comics format that was used in the 80's but the old volumes were not put back in print and instead in 2013, new editions of the first 36 volumes were released with covers that paid homage to the originals while reflecting the revival's drastically developed art-style (these covers also added furigana to the titles on the earliest volumes that was not present on the originals).
