Kaine was the first clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal. He was suffering from clone degeneration and became an assassin and spent years tormenting his clone brother, Ben Reilly. He has since taken up the mantle his now dead brother as the new Scarlet Spider.

I am wondering something. Who is Kaine's arch-enemy, arch-nemesis? Other heroes have their arch-enemies and I was wondering who's Kaine's arch-nemesis? Is it Ben Reilly or someone else?

@saoakden: It would either be The Jackal as he created him from Peter's DNA then tried to kill him or Norman Osborn (Green Goblin) as he was the mastermind behind the clone saga and the one Kaine still blames for his creation.
