    Kaine was the first clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal. He was suffering from clone degeneration and became an assassin and spent years tormenting his clone brother, Ben Reilly. He has since taken up the mantle his now dead brother as the new Scarlet Spider.

    So, what would you choose for Kaine? I'd go with the first option, he's a great anti-hero (that tries to be a hero, but...just...can't do it...).

    Tough call either Anti-Hero or Redeemed Hero though I don't see either of those as entirely exclusive.

    @teerack: Some people can't see him as an anti-hero/hero. I've met some here in comicvine, that's why I felt curious, I wanted to see if there are many.
