    The Justice Leagues storyline continues in this issue

    On the job for his client Plura, Advance Man     is doing some legwork to get Earth move-in ready. To remove the obstacle the JLA could become he makes a  quick stop at Hector Hammond's cell, giving the mentalist a golden opportunity destroy the JLA! Hammond broadcasts a message to forget the Justice League of America, but, when he realizes the extent of the Advance Man's plan, he sends out another worldwide message to remember the Justice League of A- ! 

    Justice League of Amazons 1 is the second of six chapters in the March 2001 fifth-week event Justice Leagues; book-ends written by Tom Peyer, this second chapter written by Len Kaminski, following chapters written by Paul Grist and Judd Winick; covers by George Perez and interiors by Ethan Van Sciver, Aluir Amancio, Javier Saltares, Coy Turnbull, Mike S. Miller and Justiniano.
