There's little denying that "Darkseid is." but I have to agree that Tao is pretty damn awesome. If we include other lines, such as Vertigo, I have to go with the Saint of Killers (from "Preacher").

Joker and Darkseid probably tie for 1, though I love Vandal Savage, Brainiac, and others.

Although if I'm allowed to take movie versions of the character, Tom Hardy puts every villain in DC to shame.

I don't much like alien or cosmic villains. Lol. Just me. Joker, Luthor, Harvey Dent.
