    Don't take it the wrong way. It may have been a joke but I have all but respect to Heath and I only said his name cause for me was the definitive post-DCAU Joker.

    Joker is always there. He's just not front and center.
    Entertainment is a fickle business and people need to start treating it as such. True, Mark Hamill will always be Joker to me, and as far as the silver screen goes, Heath Ledger will always have been a bad ass Joker too but that doesn't mean any of them can't be replaced.
    Let's face it, if there were any justice in the world, when Katie Holmes stopped being Rachel they should have killed her off between movies and implanted Selina in some fashion. I can accept a new actor or actress due to the obvious (such as death, etc.) but replacing someone just because the former didn't want to come back because of money or obligations or some such is BS.
    Anywho, if they ever did bring back Joker to some degree, I would love to see Paul Bettany do a version of him. He was rumored also to be up for the role back before they said Heath got it and I think he would bring a classic slender tall comic version to the screen if he can get the demeanor and the voice down.
    Oh, and James Woods would be awesome too! They could get Peter Griffin to be his henchmen and leave candy trails everywhere, it would be awesome but then the Joker would be easy to catch because all Batman would have to do is follow the candy trail and end up finding Joker caught under a wooden box. EPIC FAIL!

    @Jayso4201: Agreement! Hamill's voice is what is in my mind whenever I read the comics. I find it quite sad that he isn't going to do it anymore. I hope he reconsiders at some point. DiMaggio is a good choice if nothing else.

    probably DiMaggio for me too...but i will really miss Mark Hamill. His voice is just the all time best joker voice in my mind.

    I loved The Batman and I loved Kevin Michael Richardson, very Hamill-esque. That said, I hadn't seen Under the Red Hood and now that I've heard DiMaggio I'd be very happy with him as well.

    I'd go with dimaggio since he does some high-voice roles, but then again there's also steve blum and phil lamarr but i don't know I'm still up for dimaggio cause if he doesn't do joker in young justice than I'm gonna flip.

    Either John DiMaggio or, if they can somehow get him, Jack Nicholson.

    @Bopper Girl:
    Your point? Mark Hamill was 60. And Nicholson still acts in movies, I doubt he gonna break a hip doing a voice.

    @apekindabaked: my point is that people that old don't do a high pitched laugh and jack nicholson couldn't even do it when he was in his 50's.
