I was surprised no one went with the New 52 Joker without a face. (That sentence reminds me of "Eyes Without a Face").

LBCHC 2012: Mystery Art Challenge - Joker and a...?
I think Buccellato's was the closest to New 52 Joker. Plus, it had Bat-bear. What surprised me was no one else did that!
I thought Nauck absolutely killed it. Hands down. Though Buccellato had the nice touch of putting the teddy-bear in a Bat-Suit. Still, gotta give it to Nauck.

Gomez took it to a dark place and I loved it
Yeah, I don't think Ive ever heard of him, but I really like his style.
I think some of these new guys didn't know what to do. You guys should have told them to be as creative with the idea as possible.

Awesome, I love the Mystery Art Challenge, and Billy Idol.
@xtremekidx: With Spider-Man. http://www.comicvine.com/nycc-2012-mystery-art-challenge-spider-man-and-a-zombie/112-1969/
Oh no, Nauck's Joker has gotten a hold on Ted! On a side note I was impressed by how McKone just went straight to inks for his piece. For me, the win is a tie between Nauck and Booch, though I did like the darkness of McKone's and Height's too. Awesome works in general!

meh on the first, second, third, and seventh. fourth alot better :D. fifth, guess its ok. sixth was funny.
I never watch these art challenges because watching pros draw reminds me of how I have zero artistic talent. Having said that this is a pretty neat feature. I'm surprised there are still artists out there who think the Joker should be rocking the Ducktailed hair. Great job Tony! Take a vacation or something you crazy guy.
