Joey Petunia is a member of the Syndicate. He has muscled the Order out of one of their churches, which has lead to Cardinal Kelvin's increase in sermons against gambling.
Big Daddy sends Joey and Lester the Jester along with Iron, to collect the one million dollars in bad gambling debt that John Chase own Lester. Joey sees this as an opportunity to get rich quick and blame it on Iron, so he shoots everyone. Joey, despite his attempt, doesn't kill Iron or Angel Chase, but he does blow Iron's right arm off.
Joey returns to Big Daddy claiming Iron had been the one to flip out and kill everyone. Joey thus replaces Iron as Big Daddy's main muscle.
When Iron returns and Big Daddy gives him the terms to redeem himself by, Big Daddy then confronts him about having framed Iron and stealing Big Daddy's money. Big Daddy then gives Joey 48 hrs to repay the money he stole from Big Daddy, and Kill Michael Iron. Joey then put 100 large on Iron's head to help encourage fellow members of the Syndicate to help him in taking Iron out.
Joey has a rOid strength increase of 3.5 making him only slightly weaker then Iron.
