    Brief History

    Jeremy was one of the kids Norman Osborn kidnapped during the Dark Reign. After he was rescued by the Avengers he used his powers of altering chemical makeup for a common use and become a billionaire. Months after, the Avengers Academy came and talked to Jeremy and he explained to them his recent events. Later he showed them the follow Osborn captives and that he restore some of them to their original selves. After Jeremy then told the Avengers Academy being a hero/villain was a waste of time and they should put their lives in another place in-which angered the students and they attack, but resulted in Jeremy nearly killing them.

    After Fear Itself, Jeremy is seen when Veil applied and was accepted for a job at Briggs' company after she quit Avengers Academy.
